Zoë Ryan
Zoë has always had an interest in human movement and health, and graduated from Griffith University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Health Science. Over the past 15 years Zoë has had extensive experience developing health and fitness programs for dance companies, corporate environments and athletes.
Her passionate interest in health and fitness led Zoë to study the Pilates method in 2003. Undertaking APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) Instructor training provided her with experience in the management of pain and injuries.
As a mother of 2 young children, Zoë believes that her Pilates practice was fundamental to her antenatal health and well being, and therefore has a keen interest in the application of Pilates for postnatal and antenatal health.
Catherine Allison
Catherine has an avid interest in Holistic Therapies and is soon to complete her training as an Osteopath at Victoria University.
Catherine participated in sports from a young age and was a competitive runner until 2000. Catherine has completed Pilates training with the Australian Pilates Academy and the APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association).
Catherine came to Pilates following a back injury, and undertaking a Pilates rehabilitation program led her to experience life without back pain. Catherine believes that Pilates is a fundamental ingredient of a healthy life, enabling you to make the most of any other physical activity.
